Project will be FHA approved (approval pending) which will allow qualified buyers to put down as little as 3.5% down payment to finance the purchase of their new home with an attractive loan package. Furthermore, first time buyers will be eligible for an $8, 000 tax credit from the Federal government and up to $10, 000 from the State of California (please consult your CPA).
